Im 7 weeks along with twins. I’ve had my navel pierced for about 10 years now. What is the best way to prevent the piercing from getting all stretched out and deformed? Is it best to keep the jewelry in to “hold” the piercing together or to remove it and let the hole close? I don’t care one way or another whether I keep the hole or not, I just want to minimize scarring / deformity.
